"Refused to sell over the counter medication for morning sickness with no justification. It does not require a prescription and is proven safe in pregnancy - even the NHS website says it is safe in pregnancy! You are called an NHS pharmacy - get your facts straight. Should not be allowed to refuse to sell a product that has no medical restrictions."
"I want to give ZERO stars. The lady with brown hair at the pharmacy is a rude individual who was rude about a customer having a northern accent. You could hear the worker backbiting customers who were in the pharmacy. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She's not a nice person. Apart from her, the manager were nice."
"I never leave a review unless my review is a 5 star, but I think rudeness and a bad attitude shouldn’t just be ignored! Would give less than 1 star if I could! No acknowledgement from the staff that a customer is actually waiting, and when I asked to be attended to, they told me off for disturbing them!"
"Very polite staff, I use to go to another place but due to lack of respect and treating people harshly, I started using Station pharmacy and my experience i has been great for the past 7 years. Keep up the good work in the community."
"Unprofessional and rather rude member of staff: At my first visit I came in with a voucher from a non- smoking clinic for medication- the pharmacy has charged me a prescription fee (they should not have done this). Afterwards,I found out from my non- smoking consultant, that I was not supposed to have been charged for this as it it a voucher and not a prescription (and double checked this with Lewisham hospital). I then went back to the station road farmacy and explained this to one of the staff who responded by saying that it is probably the case that with no smoking medication one pays for some weeks and not the others (this sounded a bit odd) but said she will check this with her manager and get back to me. I left and haven’t heard anything for almost a month after which I decided to go back (in meantime triple checked the same issue with another pharmacy who are completely aware of the non paying vouchers). This happened today (3rd visit): same pharmacist I dealt with previously said that she has spoken to the manager who apparently assured her that they charge for all the orders. As I repeated that I wasn’t supposed to have been charged (also showing her the picture of the voucher I brought in first time) she interapted me by exclaiming that ‘hasn’t got time for this’ ,reaching for the till and taking out the amount of a standard prescription and then quite rudely saying ‘bye’ whilst handing me the money. I have not experienced anything like this for many years, if ever. Very disappointing and unprofessional"
