"My review is based on visiting once/twice a month over the past 12 months, although I've used this location since it opened several years ago. I've rated 4* because the overall service/waiting time/availability (in terms of stock and store opening hours) is more than OK. This store used to be poorly managed and you would've had a poor experience regarding staff attitude, 20 minute+ minimum waiting to be served and incorrect info or orders etc. Prices. Well it's a chain of Boots so expect roughly the same as any other boots store. However, I've been extremely impressed with how the store has turned itself around in the last 2 years. The staff are friendly and welcoming and also helpful. The waiting times are reduced and I no longer have mistakes made on my prescriptions (except this month when they forgot to order my inhaler). I'd now seriously think of recommending this pharmacy to friends /family."
