"Came in today to pickup some steroid lotion. Sadly i was not too impressed with the service received. The girl at the counter asked me loudly what its for and i replied that its confidential and that there are other people in the pharmacy (which is very little btw). She then replied 'i am only doing myjob' to indicate i was being rude. I once again said that my medical information is confidential and wanting to maintain confidentiality has nothing to do with being rude. When entering the pharmacy everything was fine and i do not understand why not openly, loudly, in front of strangers talking about private health was considered so rude and receiving an absolutly unprofessional and rude reply. Its absolutely disgusting behaviour."

"REFUSED THE MORNING AFTER PILL service told because i was too agitated. i asked a form to be explained to me, i was told its been in place for 16years. no explanation, this made me anxious. if youre a woman looking for quick help and are emotional. Dont go here. if you have trouble controlling your anxiety or emotions from something confidential you might be refused serve instead of help."

"A warm, community pharmacy at its best. The staff are super helpful and friendly. That's especially welcome at this incredibly challenging time (pandemic), when it's not so easy to get to see a doctor or nurse at your own GP practice. I went here with a nasty burn, when it was impossible to get seen at my local surgery. The duty pharmacist knew what to do and how to treat it immediately, and showed me how to care for the wound myself and prevent infection. She was so kind and caring. She also invited me to return to get it checked again a day or two after the original accident. Amazing service and expertise. THANKS Safedale 100 Church Street :)"

"Please ignore the other reviewer. I've been getting my prescription drugs from this pharmacy since I moved to the neighbourhood 5 years ago and I've never had an unpleasant experience. The staff is, without exception, pleasant and helpful, and have been stalwarts during the coronavirus pandemic. They frequently remember the names and faces of the local people they serve. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to any person residing in or passing through Stoke Newington."

"Counter staff rude towards customers. Could at least explain to the customer that they have to pay for 2 prescriptions because that was prescribed by the doctor. Not all customers are knowledgeable of what the costs are and the contents of prescription. And please SMILE, be nice to customers when greeting. As customers are distressed and needs meds to cure them. No wonder the customers walked out. I observed the staff body language after the customer left. It reflects the their work attitude. I probably wont come back here if that is how they treat their customers."
