"Passed by and went in to get painkillers for period pain. Asked for a particular brand and was told they didn’t sell it, when I asked if they had something comparable I was told that they don’t sell anything with a particular ingredient, codeine. When I asked why I was told because the owner refuses to stock that ingredient. I don’t know what code of conduct is expected by a pharmacy, but I’m pretty sure you should be refusing to sell particular medications. Does make you wonder what else they refuse to sell."

"What a lovely experience. Asked me sit for five mins so my blood pressure calmed then checked it three times just to be sure. Gent seemed as happy as I was that it was normal. As I sat there two other customers came in, they knew who they were and what they were there for; one was as amazed as I was. Could teach courses in customer service. Five happy stars!"
