Reviews
"Please avoid! Very poor experience with uncaring and extremely unhelpful staff. Refused emergency prescription from GP without reason putting the patient at high risk. Strongly recommend against using this pharmacy"
"Incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly - refused to order in simple prescription eye drops because he had never heard of them. They were only licensed at the start of 2022 but widely available to order. Only go here if you want a pharmacist with outdated knowledge and unwilling to work from a prescription."
"Avoid if at all possible. A number of very poor experiences when the pharmacy or post office are actually open - (this is rare). There is an excellent pharmacy/post office near Greggs on the Clapham road in Stockwell. Would recommend giving your business to people who are willing to help."
"Unfair and rude pharmacist, yelled at me from the glass as soon as I asked for a refund for a product he sold me by mistake. I asked for a product for a bug bite on my upper lip and was given a cosmetic! A simple lip balm that could not treat my ongoing reaction in the slightest. I showed the product to the doctor who confirmed that "they stole my money" to sell me something, they sold me this balm. So when I went back to ask for a refund, I was treated really badly and with a disturbing lack of professionalism. First the same pharmacist told me (without even seeing the product or listening to me) "products cannot be changed." Later, when I explained what had happened to his colleague, the colleague told me that I could get a refund but ... according to him the NEVER OPENED, like-new package was no longer saleable. I was explaining to him that the product was clearly unused and never opened, but then I was subjected to the shouts of the Pharmacist who, instead of standing up and talking to me like two normal people, started shouting and gesturing in the distance while sitting in his chair! I was so agitated by his rudeness that I even raised my voice because he was shouting at me. I felt like crying and I had to leave!! I suggest those who hire staff to choose a calm and professional person first, because if a person comes in with a problem, it is crucial to have a sensitive person on the other side because it is not right to go there and leave the store with this terrible experience. Really disappointed."
"Just had a really rude experience with the Pharmacist- I politely asked how long my prescription was going to take as I needed to leave to collect my son from school and he answered so abruptly and rudely then told me to just go and come back - I said the point I was asking was to see if I should wait or come back as I can’t be late for my son and there was absolutely no reason to be rude! Really spoilt my day and upset me to be honest - this is my regular pharmacist and normally the staff are generally fine (the usual guy at the counter was fine) but this man who was doing the prescription was very very rude. Not sure if I’ll be looking for a new local pharmacy after this experience."
