"I've had to use the pharmacy quite a few times in the last month and need to record the service has been really good, polite and attentive. The young guy in the raised area was especially helpful today...the item was not in stock but will call/e-mail tomorrow when it is in and acted as if customer satisfaction was important. "Avoid this place. They have disgusting customer service. Go to Paydens pharmacy near Tesco in Caterham on the hill instead. My wife went into this pharmacy this morning and was waiting patiently to be served. She was the only person in the pharmacy at the time, but was being ignored by the staff. So much so, that another woman walked in and was served straight away, so my wife had no choice but to say something. This fell on deaf ears though, as the woman who butted in front of my wife didn't care and neither did the staff serving her. The staff just stared at my wife as if she was in the wrong. Ridiculous! My wife then went to Paydens pharmacy where she was welcomed and got the advice she needed, before purchasing her items."

Our medical director and nurse team had the flu jabs there in November 2020. The pharmacist was terrific its the first time I have not felt the needle go in ! "After going here a couple of times for my sons prescription, I will never use this pharmacy again. So the first time they lost his prescription and decided not to help my matter and just state the obvious that it was lost, this is a baby we are talking about not a teenager or adult. The pharmacist herself was lovely and explained if I go to the doctors she will lend me some. But the lady with the dark hair oldish just was rude. Went in there today handed in my sons prescription no hello or thank you, just snatched it, I had to ask how long it was going to be and got back its being done now ! Then looked back on her tablet this was the dark hair lady behind the counter oldish women again. No customer service skills, very abrupt and rude. Will certainly not be going in there again, disgusted in how she treats people. Also to add the next lady walked in sounded like her neighbour she was nice and helpful to her and offered to take her medication to her, she will drop it in she said. Really ? I would advise everyone to use a different pharmacy unless you get a pharmacist that serves you."
