"This pharmacy does not close at 6:45 pm. I checked their opening times online before making my way and rushed to get there before 6:35 pm (which I did) to buy some medication. The people inside refused to serve me. The shutter was half down and I could see everything clearly from inside. I asked multiple times through the window if I could be served and made it clear that I didn’t need prescription medication but they still said no. This was a big inconvenience and waste of my time. Very disappointing. If you’re going to close your store at 6:30 pm don’t sell people dreams and advertise 6:45 pm online."

"Convenient location and pleasant staff, it's handy that they are open on a Saturday, but since I switched to them have found their administrative hygiene lacking. They haven't sent text messages to me to let me know a prescription is waiting to be collected on 3 occasions now, and it's extremely difficult to get through on the phone to check for yourself if they have your prescription. When you do go to collect its often a scrabble for them to find the meds. Am changing back to my old pharmacy which is further to walk, but have a properly functioning and reliable infrastructure. Somewhat chaotic and staff struggling to cope with what is obviously a challenging time, but still I would not use them except to buy over the counter items such as lip balm or anadin."

"The staff members are always helpful They are prepared go that extra mile. My medication are always sent on time even when I am late. I would like to thank the member of staff who delivers my.medication, yesterday she waited until I arrived at the door I am grateful for her patience."
