"I went to the pharmacy on Monday and there were a few customers and i needed something a bit discrete. I told the woman at the counter and she was incredible. She made sure no one could hear, she got the product and put it in a paper bag and nobody noticed. i was really grateful and had no embarrassment at all. I cant remember the last time i had such brilliant customer service. She was a complete credit to the pharmacy."
