"If I could rate this pharmacy -5 stars I would. I've been purchasing pre-payment certificates for 4 years or so now. I've been collecting prescriptions from pharmacies all around the country and never been asked to show my certificate. I sign the declaration and if I falsify/don't have a valid certificate, I know that makes me liable to prosecution. However today, I was asked to show my certificate at this pharmacy, despite having been collecting my prescriptions there for the last 6 months and never being asked. I was a little upset by this and asked the reason, as I found the inference to be that I was a liar and a thief. I asked if the shop was under new management, while trying to sift through my email inbox to find the certificate. The reception told me to provide it next time, but the manager came from around the back of the counter, snatched my medication out of my hands and said no, certificate, no medication. I was totally shocked that he would withhold my medication. He said well if you have a valid certificate, I don't know why you have a problem showing it to me. Again inferring that I'm a liar and a thief. I told them that this incident would be making its way onto Google reviews. Once again I started to sift through my inbox to find the certificate, then the nice receptionist came out clearly told him how out of order he was being and gave me my medication. Then, they were then all incredibly apologetic. Well I'm my opinion, empty apologies change nothing. I'm attaching my pre-payment certificate. I hope you're happy now."

"I am new to this pharmacy and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have had good advice from the pharmacist about my medication, I also had my booster jab there which was easy to book and I was seen on time! I like that a text is sent to me saying that my prescription is ready to collect. Also, I was informed about the collection point (inside and outside the pharmacy) which I have now used, it is a great idea. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided."

"Always been helpful and attentive, have gone out of their way to help me when a prescription hasn't gone through or if I had queries about my medication. Quick advice given for problems that weren't worth booking a GP appointment for. When I had a flu jab here they were quick and efficient."

"Awful experience here today. Went in as I’m suffering badly with a female issue and asked if I could get cream that no prescription was needed for. The pharmacist said I couldn’t because the issue was ongoing I would need to see the doctor about this. I politely told her that I had seen the doctor and although the treatment she prescribed me was beginning to work a cream would be helpful. She refused to give it to me to be honest I don’t even think she was listening to what I was saying. I began to cry, pleading with her that I was experiencing an extreme itch and that cream was necessary. She showed no sign of remorse was completely unsympathetic towards me and my situation. I would never return here which is unfortunate as I live close by I would rather give me money to a business that treats their customers with respect which is why I went to Baba chemists instead where I was met by a lovely pharmacist. Please if you live in this area go to Baba’s instead, there are some members of staff in Day Lewis who are very kind and helpful but this specific pharmacist I met today was the complete antithesis of these words!"
