"I'm shocked that Streatham Gracefield Gardens is closed today.. it's only 10.30. I understand it's Christmas eve but it states online that you are open until 1pm. Many people are disabled, including myself, find it difficult to get out. There isn't any notice on the shutters informing people why .. hopefully you'll be open Tuesday, even half day! A notice should have been put outside.. it may be out of your control but your customers need to be informed, especially the vulnerable."

Also, the pharmacist is super helpful if you ring with a query. It is so nice to have a chemist that answers the phone, try ringing westburys and you'll know what I mean."

"Terrible service. This pharmacy gets repeat prescriptions sent directly from my GP surgery, apparently this is to make life easier for the patient. I always request my medication the suggested week in advance. It is never prepared and waiting for me. No one ever reviews it upon receipt, and so if they have no medication, or the one prescribed, or the GP has made an error on the prescription, I always have a lot of trouble sorting it out myself. No one there thinks to review the prescriptions and call the GP or patient when there is an issue. It could be dangerous if some people don’t get there medication. This is double frustrating when I go in there and see posters plastering the wall requesting customers not to order repeat prescriptions too far in advance! Very mixed messages being sent. Awful, awful, awful."
