"They charged me for my meds when I'm on UC, things are hard enough and there refusing to reimburse me even though it's obvious it was done on purpose. I've read your reply and you did not give me options, you just told me to pay. Thats the whole problem. I just went back in and was confronted angrlily by a member of your staff about my negative review. To put this simply you did not tell me or offer me any discount, and just charged me 10 pounds. And the experience I just had going in again was awful, and ended with the manager pulling a member of staff into the back room to calm her down..it's very simple, a member of you staff made a mistake, so its your pharmacys problem and fault, no one elses."
