"Man with beard and curly hair tied in a pony tail treated my husband so poorly. My husband went there to get antibiotics for our 14 month old baby who was discharged from hospital this evening (after the hospital and local pharmacy had closed) and my husband who doesn’t speak fluent English went in there with the prescription, when he asked the man if he could speak with me over the phone he completed shrugged him off with his hand as if to say go away. What kind of disgusting service is this? Reading other reviews, many other customers have said to avoid it and I’m 100% in agreement. Take your money else where and get better service is my advice."
"This pharmacy is an absolute rip off to its customers and I would recommend EVERYONE to steer well clear of it. I went in to buy some eyedrops and was immediately asked if I needed help. I couldn't find a price on anything and that should have been a red flag to me. He took the drops from me and went to the till. Ridiculously, I felt rushed and paid...£20 for 10mls of Hyabak drops. OUTRAGEOUS and I am so cross with myself that I didn't dispute the price which should be between £9.98p -£11. Trading Standards should investigate these people. It's bordering criminal."
