Reviews
"I dont recall a more depressing, pathetic, unhelpful and disorganised organisation ever in my life. It takes the first place!"
"Pharmacy doesn't even deserve any stars. Wait times are horrendous. First you have to wait in the queue and then 20 minutes to dispense one box. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Also staff are chitchatting in the back- clearly not doing their jobs hence why it takes so long. Really need someone to take over and better manage them."
"Rude staff. Staff had not heard of the word empathy. Unprofessional. Considering this is a pharmacy at hospital staff should learn some people's skills. Long waiting time. Also seen the same staff member who had been rude to me tell someone that pharmacy is closed at around 5.50pm whilst it is open till 6. Forced to use this pharmacy if hospital gives out the prescription otherwise would never use it out of choice. Every time I came here it is the same."
"As everyone else has said, the wait times are excessive even when there isn't that many people waiting. This is inexcusable, the pharmacy clearly needs to adapt so it can serve a hospital. If you can get your meds sent elsewhere, you will be much better of doing so."
"They shut earlier then their normal time, when approached a staff at the door to clarifying something he didnt seem to be interested. There must be a reason why all of these 1star review are coming up and a pattern can be seen, Lloyds pharmacy need to react before people loose their trust in their services, staffs needs good customers training, i for once wouldn’t like anyone loosing their job, but the company needs to react to these poor services and train their staff on how to deal with customers. They maybe be busy due to hospital then please ensure there are enough staff to provide services."
