"Worst customer service received by the lady today at 12:55 serving at the customer service for wrongly priced item. Firstly She was not even wearing a name badge at all which is not surprising in this store’s customer service anyway & when I asked her what’s her name where’s the name badge she refused & gave me a frown look saying “you’re confusing me”. She demanded to bring the item back from my car in the car park rather than scanning/editing the barcode number already in the the store shop which I was more than happy to bring it to her as I showed her the Clubcard number printed on the receipt already. Also she refused to scan/edit barcode picture taken from my phone to refund the difference."

"It’s pretty badly run, with regularly terrible queues and barely any checkouts open. Staff are generally helpful, but are often having their own conversations. The car park feels very dodgy at times especially when people are hiding in the dark corners taking drugs. Often items are out of stock and the range isn’t there that you see in most other stores. Tesco HQ needs to put a bit of focus, investment and training into this store."
