"I used to find this chemist very helpful and even caring. I struck up a lovely first name relationship with some of the staff. Unfortunately since someone left on maternity leave last year it's gone downhill. My last two visits and attempts to get service have been a disaster, neither time was I able to access the prescriptions I needed. The first time a mistake with their process caused a 3 day delay to my medication only to end up in not being able to fill it due to a mistake on the doctor's prescription which they missed 3 days previously. And worse, today I was gaslit by their staff who told me I must've not realised that I already collected the prescription! After the third time of needing to repeat myself that I had never collected this prescription I began to feel quite distressed. I've walked away feeling upset, and now rather angry. The young woman was steaming and full of attitude at the end. This is not customer service!"
