"One of the best pharmacies in the area! Highly recommended! Update: they have been absolutely amazing throughout the years we’ve been with them. Always helpful and polite, the counter staff are polite and helpful and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable. I’d like to thank you for the amazing service you provide."
"Good products and prescription service, HOWEVER, a man was outside in a lot of pain and he was dismissed by the pharmacy chemists. They said they had ordered an ambulance but they were sniggering and looked like they didn't care. Many people outside were concerned and showed normal human responses. The chemists inside were cold, callous and almost sadistic, telling him to sit in a chair, trying to dismiss this man as crazy or just on drugs. No matter what someone has taken or is going through, they deserve urgent help, especially by chemists! These people showed a display of such coldness and wickedness and are not good at helping. I normally go to Queens park pharmacy instead!"
"Convenient location, excellent variety of quality beauty, care and pharmacy products. However staff is hit and miss. Some of them are knowledgeable and helpful, but some can't be bothered. When I had a strangely itchy skin bit on my leg earlier this year (thankfully it's gone now) they refused to have a look or advise, saying its probably the washing powder I am using (I got help from another local pharmacy instead)."
""This medication does not exist" is a very poor replacement for the truth, which would have been a lot more welcome which is: " I have never heard of this medication, but let me look it up". A doctor prescribed some ear drops for me this morning. I called the pharmacy to see if they had any in stock, and that is the sorry answer I received! Fortunately, the pharmacy next door has some of these "non-existant" very common ear drops and I have my prescription filled by their competitor."
"Went there today as I'm a diabetic and had an issue with my insulin pump. I had a spare insulin pen but didn't have needles. I went into the pharmacy, explained myself and asked to purchase some needles. There were train cancellations so I was about at least an hour away from home and I needed an insulin shot. They said "we don't have those."(which was a lie). I said "come on(!) they are standard needles for insulin pens." They reluctantly sold me a branded box, I was not happy. I didn't let them know, but I've been a pharmacist for a few years so I know how the system works. If it was any other patient who did not know the system or laws, they wouldve probably ended up in a+e/ an urgent care centre and wasted hours, putting their health at risk. I hope that a similar patient issue is resolved better next time. I will not be putting an official complaint through, but please do look after your patients, especially if they need your expertise."
