"My shopping trip was made very unpleasant by a lady, she looks south asian, who when i was shopping decided to tell the security WHILE SHE WAS LURKING RIGHT NEXT TO ME on her headset to stand by the makeup where i was shopping because i looked suspicious. i was shopping for some makeup and I was trying to find the correct shade which is why i was standing in the makeup isle for some time. i work in retail so i understand that sometimes that can look suspicious but why would she say that near me where i could hear her? the same lady and the security were watching me the whole time and it made me extremely uncomfortable after hearing that. for that experience it should be zero stars. the 2 stars however is for another lady who was very lovely and helpful with my friend and i when we were shopping. she made my experience much brighter. next time if you suspect someone is stealing tell the security discreetly and not when you are right next to the customer because 1) it is extremely unprofessional 2) if the customer is genuinely not a thief it’s quite offputting and it’s not a very nice thing to hear when you are trying to shop. you could lose a loyal customer."
"Please read! Today I went to superdrug to collect my prescription right after seeing a doctor with 39.3 degrees of fever, cough, body ache etc. The pharmacist lady who took my prescription was so lovely and actually was happy that the medicine was available as it usually needs to be ordered, so she was really helpful and asked me to sit and wait until it got ready. After another lady ( pharmacy assistant) I am sorry but I will write the name ( Shaeen), called me to give me my medicine and get the payment. I also had some over the counter medicines to pay for. Bare in mind the sore throat I had and the mask on my face I told her to pay separately as the prescription gets covered by my insurance but she didn’t hear so I repeated again after she scanned extra 2 items. As soon as i told her she got really angry that why did you not tell me this before? I need to call someone to come and void this ( which took only 5seconds for the other lady to come) and I said no worries I can pay for all of them and again with attitude and very bluntly she said “she is coming” and threw the pager on the counter. I was super shocked!! I had no energy to even say anything! I could barely even stand on my foot! I told her that this is not the right way of treating a patient in this setting when you see that I can’t even talk or stand. She did not even apologise!! I work in pharmaceutical industry and I am very aware how important is patient centric approach. No patients should be treated this way! Right after superdrug, I went to boots to get few other things as they didn’t have in stock. As soon as I talked to the pharmacy assistant there, she was like oh madam are you ok? Please take a seat. Cause they saw how vulnerable I was! I hope that superdrug takes this feedback on board and delivers to relevant people in this branch."
"I haven't been able to pick up my prescription for the third day in a row because the pharmacy is a total mess. On the first day, the staff could not find the right amount of pills, on the second day they could not find my package for 2 hours. Today I came for the third time, and their system does not work, and I am again without medication. Nobody warned me, I wasted 3 days. Complete horror and disgrace."
"Terrible customer service. I went to the checkout to pay and there was only one lady actually at the checkout. There were plenty of other members of staff walking around and back and forwards from the checkout area doing nothing but no one actually went to work at the checkout, despite the queue that was forming and despite me trying to make eye contact to ask if I could pay them. I was the first one in the queue and waited for 10 minutes at which point I gave up on waiting and left the shop without buying anything."
"Rude woman working at check out, and rude security guard who walks directly towards you, taking up the entire aisle, as you're trying to exit. I will not be returning as I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome around the staff here."
