"This pharmacy used to be good but not anymore, despite of me asking for my blood pressure medication twice they said I need to come back for it when I went back and insisted and find out my medication was on shelf since seven days ago !!! Also they not having most medicines available at most time . Make it worse she didn't even apologise for not giving my medication on time ! Make sure you Dont take No for answers.I have seen a good improvement so increase the stars."
"They never have anything in stock (prescription items). Sth as common as prednisolone for asthmatic even needs to be ordered for next day! They don't inform you of out of stock issues and if you turn up for an owing 2 weeks later only to tell you that they will have to get an alternative (same ingredient etc) for tomorrow. What's the point of delay then?"

"Was collecting a prescription for a family member today. And have been horrified at being asked to fill out a meaningless questionnaire, even though I said I didn't want to I was seated between 2 other members of the public both of which were clearly suffering from heavy colds and coughs. I felt that it was highly irregular to be asking people to share pens, clipboards and sit among each other filling out, and I quote "tick box exercise". When the one thing we should all be mindful of is avoiding snotty noses, coughs and people who look flu like. Seriously this pharmacy needs to rethink it's priorities!!"
"ZERO stars - Very basic but important medicine for Asthma suffers (brown Inhaler) Qvar 100mcg 200 dose inhaler out of stock for two days. Basic, urgent, needed medication should not go out of stock ever!!"
