"Terrible service, last night I had gone to pick up the medicine using the private GP e- prescription and the pharmacist doesn’t even know how to handle those e-prescriptions, though it was clearly instructed what the pharmacist has to do. She adamantly kept saying the prescription has to be sent by the doctor. Please train your staff to handle e prescriptions. I took the same prescription to another pharmacy and it was accepted instantly and no questions asked. If you are not able to handle e-prescriptions , please delist yourself from accepting them."
