"Avoid this pharmacy! I had a private prescription and paid £10 for a nose drop. I never questioned it then. 2 weeks later I went to buy the exact, same nose drop from Jade Pharmacy and it cost me £4. So, this pharmacy charges more than double to unsuspecting customers. Simply outrageous!! Unfortunately I didn’t ask for my receipt then. Otherwise I could have reported them. Conmen disguised as pharmacists and ripping customers off during tough economic times. Shame on you guys!!"

"THEY WILL GO THE WHOLE NINE YARDS FOR YOU. Daniel has Outclassed every other client approach I have experienced so far. His Unique and advanced customer service left me amazed and truly grateful. The support provided was exemplary with exceptional responses to challenging situations. He was impeccably tactful and diplomatic whilst attentively managing my time and effort requiring case. Obviously being an expert in his position , Daniel gave me impressively extensive information about my medication. With patience and in a respectful manner he has also gave me updates , and explained my every query whenever I called. They are always well stocked with quality brands and have very helpful staff. I have never been disappointed so far. They offer delivery for repeated prescriptions as well ,very highly desirable option!"

"Using this pharmacy since almost 4 years now and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. My life is medication dependant and even in tough moments I could always count on their advice and support. Special recognition to Mr Sonny who always recognizes myself. It is really worth recommending even though staff is often changing but they are all under good wings!"

"Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone massively downhill in the past 2 month. It used to be amazing, I could pop in grab my prescription and go within 10 mins. Over the past couple of months each time I’ve gone in I’ve had to sit and wait for over half an hour for a simple prescription, today I witnessed them give someone the wrong prescription (a guy went in for his and the staff gave him his mums). When I asked if my painkillers they were trying to source have come in I was told that he couldn’t find the script however he didn’t really bother looking. Just after I gave my script in the ONLY staff member downstairs answered his mobile phone and was having a long conversation in his own language instead of dispensing my drugs. No apology for being kept waiting, the staff jumping between serving different customers and not focusing on one at a time. The pharmacist was also unable to advise on when a drug may come back in stock or an alternative they could ask the GP for, he just blamed brexit. Awful customer service, unreliable, unsafe practice. The place should be closed down. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. I’ll be changing my pharmacy from Monday!!!"

"We finally gave up on this pharmacy after today and have changed our GP to use good old Boots instead. They don't have the most basic medications in stock. And when it is for an emergency the pharmacist isn't trained well enough to identify an alternative but exactly bioequivalent option. So just easier to go to a big name than support these community pharmacists."
