"Unfortunately when we arrived to collect our order at the states time it wasn't ready. We waited 45 mins while it was being prepared. They also tried to charge us for a starter that had been crossed off the order and we had to ask for this to be refunded. During this long wait we weren't offered anything apologie. Once we had returned home with our order, a Naan bread was missing. We phoned to ask for this to be delivered. It was agreed that it would be delivered within 15 minutes and an hour later it still hasn't arrived. Very poor customer service."
