"Unfortunately, the service at this chemist has dropped considerably. I have a repeat prescription each mth l. I went to pick it up today to be told it wouldn't be ready for 7 days. They received the prescription from my doctor on Tuesday. I explained to the gentleman that I only had one tablet left but got told he'd give me my prescription & I would have to find another chemist."
"This pharmacy should be closed down as they have long term issues with staffing which impacts on customers due to their unreliability and inconsistent hours. They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, ordering repeat prescriptions is a nightmare as they fail to do it and they close with no notice. You get bounced from pillar to post trying to get some items. If you can use a different pharmacy then go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and inconvenience."
"Please avoid if possible. Very strange behaviour from the staff. Went to pick up my daughters antibiotic prescription. The man working (not the pharmacist) sent us away saying surgery needed to send it over. Went to surgery who informed us they had yesterday and gave me a bar code to show. I go back and knock at the door after calling the number advised on a piece of paper in the window which he was ignoring. He came aggressively to the window and as I tried to explain they did have what we needed through the glass door. He mimicked my voice and told me he didn't have to give my child her medication if he didn't want to and walked away. Extremely odd behaviour from an intimidating man that i really don't think should be working with the public!!! Awaiting a call back from head office but please we careful around this man he seemed aggressive and the whole experience was bizarre. Now have a child with strep throat in a lot of pain potentially without antibiotics over a weekend"
