"Absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they give me an incorrect and significantly smaller number of tablets of my life-saving medication WITHOUT TELLING ME, they then didn't have my prescription ready to pick up when these three tablets ran out and didn't tell me this either. They then refused to hand my over without calling my GP first, despite having permission to access my full medical records that have my prescription on there, and when my GP inevitably didn't answer because it was 5pm on a Friday, they still refused and gave me only a third of the amount they should have done. This is dangerous, and is pharmacological negligence."
