"Very old pharmacy shop in Hayes Friendly staff and helpful"
"I had the worst experience today with a foreign pharmacist that works there, I called the pharmacy this morning asking for my repeat prescription to be ready for me to collect on my way home from work. The lady said that she only had one of my medication and that the doctors had not sent through the rest of the prescription. I then phoned the doctors surgery and asked why as I requested all three nine days ago via my app which showed it was authorised by the doctor. The surgery then called the pharmacy to say that the prescription was sent over a week ago. The pharmacist then said to the surgery that I had collected the medication which was totally inaccurate. I then went to the pharmacy to collect my medication and asked the pharmacist as to why she had given untrue statements. She clearly had lied to me and to the surgery. She had told the surgery I had collected and to me she had stated that surgery had not sent the prescription. After a heated discussion I was served by another pharmacist who had located my medication that was prepared from a week ago. All I can say some of the staff in this particular pharmacy are incompetent. I now am in the process of switching to another pharmacy."
"Poor Service from Unprofessional Staff who are always confused whether prescription has been dispensed or not."
"They held my medication to ransom by changing the delivery policy to discriminate against those who are both disabled and under 65 years of age. They want £5 per delivery when this was a free service. I've happily moved on to another pharmacy that has no such policies and have assured me delivery will continue to be free. The pandemic has impacted everyone. That you would use it to make money off vulnerables is disgraceful. Wanting patients to prove that they have a disability is deplorable. Shame on you, Pickup Pharmacy. Shame on you!"
"The owner of this pharmacy Divinder is so unprofessional. He lacks communication skills. He made an appointment with my daughter without sending her a confirmation msg confirming the date, time and address for her blood test. He only informed her on the phone. When my daughter turned up at the Pick Up pharmacy after an hour of her appointment he informs her on the phone that there has been a missunderstanding and she is at the right clinic. Of course it would be a misunderstanding when he makes an appointment with the customer and does not send a confirmation email stating that the appointment is at Harely street clinic and NOT the Pick Up Pharmacy. Where is the professionalism in his workplace! He waste our time and my daughter missed her university due to his lack of communication skills and professionalism."
