"water was freezing staff wer very arkward with my son who has autism no throwing the ball Wen the pool was empty dirty nappys in changing room never going there again dnt understand why u have to shower Wen public are walking pool side with there dirty shoes on also water was like an ice bath and pool was very grubby no star rating from me first time bk in 30 years looks like still got the same cold pool water in very overpriced I will stick to my local pool"

"Not Best pleased after todays episode of events. Walked into a circus followed by a complete lack of respect to myself and my pals. Basketball court was booked and then we were told that it was not and that there was a mistake! :( . Was forced to rebook or have a refund. Not happy 0 stars if possible!"
"Decent but extremely cold pool. Went in with children at the weekend and couldn’t last more than 20 minutes. It was absolutely freezing and the children got very cold. It would be much better if they warmed up the water to a better, more human friendly temperature"
