"Excellent place. The restaurant was fully booked online, but we decided to go anyway, and we were sitted in no time. Service was very efficient and polite, with a good selection of starters, the calamari was delicious. We both had 20oz T-bone steak, cooked perfectly to medium rare. All in all, if you are a meat eater, this is equivalent to paradise. I will definitely be back again!"

"It really didn’t disappoint. We’ve never been to anywhere that I would consider fancy before so we had no idea what to expect but we had a lovely time the food was amazing and so filling! The steak was well worth the money! The only things I would say we didn’t enjoy so much was the lettuce wedge with the steak and that we were sat so close to other people in such a large restaurant it would be nice to have a choice of slightly further away but those things really didn’t alter how much we enjoyed our visit."

"Location is accessed via a turning through a small housing estate, but is sign posted. We were greeted and seated politely and quickly by friendly staff. It was my Wife's first time here so the Stakes were high! We ordered off the valentines set menu: Baked Camembert sharer, Butchers block sharer (4x steaks and a rack of ribs), Gigantic cake sharer. The pictures don't do justice to the size of the meal and the dessert, and there was so much food we couldn't quite finish it! The main came with a choice of two sauces of the usual steak variety (mushroom, peppercorn etc.), two blocks of crispy onion, a portion of chips each, and a lettuce wedge with a dressing of your choice. From past visits, this is the same across all the steak options irrespective of the set menu. The steaks were cooked perfectly, to the levels recommended for each (these are outlined in the menu), food was delicious, staff checked in frequently but not intrusively. Not the cheapest place to eat but I would definitely recommend it for special occasions."

"I have been to Miller and Carter in Birmingham and London (I guess). I was expecting the same-ish quality and service at Weston Super mare too. Unfortunately, neither the service nor the food hit the mark. The cod wasn't that great and my guests didn't like the chicken burger either. On the other hand, I ordered miller's burger (guess it's called dirty burger) and I absolutely loved it. I wish they had given more chips to go alongside but no complaints about the quality of beef or bacon or even the sausage. I hope the nonchalant behaviour of the staff wasn't due to our race, but being a little courteous and friendly would have made our experience a little more better."

"We had a great Christmas dinner here. The food was incredible! The service was great and the servers were all in good spirit and happy to do whatever to make our Christmas Day a good one. Cannot fault them or food at all! Hopefully the pictures do the food justice. Highly recommend!"
