"We had only experienced Aroma once previously: a delicious takeaway that exceeded our expectations. This visit dining in did so even more so. The interior is very pleasant with huge spectacular photos on the walls of Everest, Kathmandu etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked questions about a couple of interesting sounding dishes and the answers were clear and detailed. We were delighted to have done things this way, as we ended up with a meal largely composed of truly delicious things we'd never heard of, the Punjabi rice and the chicken dumplings starter in particular. We were warned the latter required a 15 minute wait. So worth it! All the food was outstanding and the experience extremely enjoyable. Broxburn has a surprising number of excellent eateries for its size, Aroma has now zoomed up to #1 in our chart and I expect we won't always be wanting a table for only two on future visits.
