"I go here every time I visit my family, it almost feels like a Giffnock institution, and for good reason. They just changed the name (from Andiamo to LUCALI). The food was amazing, far better than most 'Italian' places I've been to. The staff were slightly inexperienced, but they more than made up for it in friendliness. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!"
"Awful service from the start. 50 minutes between starter and main course then sat for 50 minutes with plates in front of us. Not asked if we'd like more drinks, coffees or deserts. Ignored by waiting staff who were to busy talking at the bar and clearing up. Gave this 3 visits and benefit of the doubt but each time a huge disappointment. Could live with the mediocre food if service was tip top but poor all round. We won't be back which is a shame as we live locally. Avoid"
"My first time dining here and everything was delicious. Staff very friendly. My husband who is not a keen pasta fan, loved his Mexican pasta, clean plate. I tried the pizza based sanwich with spicy chicken and chips, a big portion for one person, but lots of helpers to help me finish my plate."
