"Took 2 hours and it was freezing, cheese was hard and all. Sent the delivery driver up the slamanan road on a bike. Pretty unacceptable. guy on the phone snapped at me when i asked what was going on"
"Best pizza place from the big 3, always fresh & hot. The whole family love Papa Johns, definitely our go to on pizza nights"
"They got the whole order wrong not happy at all I order a large pizza and a Pepsi max and I got a small pizza and a Pepsi max cherry"
"Visited to collect a takeout. This was a return visit as the 1st couldn't be as bad as it was. Had to wait 30 minutes as they had got the order wrong and had to recook one of the pizzas. Eventually returning home I discovered I had the wrong toppings on one. I called and was offered to have it replaced 90 mins later or 45 if I returned to the shop. Normally like a true Brit I would just suck it up but the whole experience had left a sour taste in my mouth I asked for a refund of one pizza. The shop point blankly refused and asked me to call customer services. That's when the fun started. After various phone calls and emails and being called a liar they would refund £6.99. My bill was £52 so I have no idea where that amount was conjured from. I sent a screen grab and they agreed to refund £20 but would take 5 working days. 5 days later £6.99 appeared! Another series of emails to get the difference. They also sent me a code for a free large pizza.... tbh I won't use it. Even free I have no interest in using their service again."
"The staff don't have a clue about anything, very rude, I phoned up to complain about a pizza I got that had toppings missing and the manager said "I'll give you a free one next time I've written your details down" when I went to order again at a later date another incompetent member of staff said the manager hadn't written it down as they had no system of that kind where they could write credit notes on. Bit of a joke, won't be surprised if they close down soon. The pizzas are mediocre, you are better making one yourself."
