"I departed from London on 30th Nov’21 for Umrah and my final destination was Dhaka return. The flight was by Saudi Air. Flight4u Travel got our family bargain on airfare and accommodations. The hotels in Makkah and Madina were 3 mints to the harams, very good service. No fault of the travel agency, only down siders were for Saudi Air line; baggage and transit. Baggage allowance from London to Jeddah were 43kg per ticket. But the allowance from Jeddah to Dhaka were 86kg each. Passenger can easily get confused in thinking that its 86kg through out the journey and may find this as bombshell when paying for excess baggage. Because they did not read the mall print. This is certainly brings misery to travellers. I tried to point this out at checking desk staff but they said its the decision of Saudi Air line. The airline should make it 86kg for the entire journey. On the return flight from Dhaka to London - 12 hours transit at Jeddah airpot was the most stressful experience. I would never go on a Saudi flight for such a long transit. I would recommend the Flight4u for their excellent service. Musaddiq"
