"Been here a few times now and tonight was the last. Can't even supply safe, hot food. Food is always cold, and it's getting worse. I even phone ordered and collected hoping it would be hotter. No, stone cold and inedible - only thing hot was the pre cooked chips they slung back in the fryer whilst I was there. I went to Reg's in Southmead last week. They are piping hot and half the price. I've given Grill and Pizza Express enough chances, and every time it's cold and a disappointing."
