"How anyone can give these guys 1* rating is beyond me ! Best in Bristol by far ! Always go the extra mile- food is brilliant, well priced, always piping hot and fresh , delivery driving is very respectful keeping noise to a minimum when my children are asleep, I absolutely love this place , thanks guys keep up the good work! Always reccomend"

"First of all the driver was about 20 min late. The 3 pizzas I had ordered were a state. Not sure if the driver had dropped them but the slices on all 3 pizzas were just a giant dough mess inside each box. One of the pizzas was missing the topping I ordered. Why do they advertise that you can choose 3 toppings to customise your pizza and then send you a Margarita is a mystery to me. When I called Pizza Master to complaint the woman hung up the phone one me. After driving down to return the food they didn't even offer to make the order again, as I wanted those pizzas. The manager was really rude and said I will just get a refund and that's it. Would never ever order from them again. Not sure of the quality of the food, as it didn't arrive in an edible condition, but the customer service is beyond appalling."
