"So good!"
"Having been to the other Bosco's we were excited to try the new version on Gloucester Road. Cool place and lovely staff. My issue is we waited 40 minutes for pizza and it wasn't full or busy. They forgot some sides and charged us twice for dessert. They took the second charge off (quite rightly) and in a massively odd gesture of good will they gave the second desserts they brought over to us (accidentally hence the over charge) to the two women sat next to us. It was odd that we waited, we had problems with the order, we were over charged etc and the couple next to us got free dessert. Strange customer service and my kids were genuinly gutted they could have had a second dessert. (Obviously we aren't entitled to the desserts, they were a mistake but I'd guess good customer service would be the kids get it?) Icing on the cake was a service charge for below average service (forgotten items and over charging etc) on a table of 4. Fair enough if it was a table of 10 etc but 4 people that got messed up over and over? Come on"
"Went late-ish on a Friday night. The food was great - we had pizza, arancini, doughnuts & soft serve. The only thing better than the food was the atmosphere!"
"Don't know where to start...delicious pizza, absolutely amazing vibe, music blasting. You can grab a slice and stand outside or sit in and have a pizza or even order to take away at the front window. Throw back but the future of pizza."
"Ordered in via Uber Eats (food was delivered 20mins earlier than ETA), Uber Eats had a discount on most items. Ordered the pepperoni pizza, white pizza, beef ragu arancini, and romaine salad. Food was very good! Pizzas - the dough was beautiful - very light and fluffy, cooked all the way through, fluffy around the edge but thin in the middle. I’ve never had a white pizza before, not gonna lie, sounded a bit odd but I was tempted - it was very nice I’d definitely order it again! Kinda like a cheesy garlic pizza but milder and creamier and didn’t have an overpowering garlic taste. The pepperoni pizza was good too but it’s hard to mess up the toppings on that one. Both pizzas were nice, good quality, something you’d get at an Italian restaurant and not a cheap takeaway. The only drawback for me was that the pizzas weren’t sliced - would’ve made it more convenient to eat right away. Also, very cute pizza boxes. Arancini - gorgeous, flavoursome, crunchy on the outside and soft and cheesy in the middle- best arancini I’ve had in the UK so far, would definitely order again. Salad - decent portion for one person, came with radishes and dressing in separate containers, good amount of dressing, tasted good. Hope my review helps customers who saw this new pizza place on Gloucester road and were a bit on the fence about going in - decently priced and good quality Italian food!"
