"I ordered a pizza last week but was told when the delivery driver got here that they were not allowed to deliver in to any blocks of flats I was just wondering since when has this been the case I have ordered from you in the past few months a few times none of the previous delivery drivers have refused to deliver to my door I have a young baby who was asleep at the time but lucky my partner was home so he could go and get it before you say that it's all deliveries I also had a asda delivery and a Iceland delivery on the same night both of their delivery driver's came up to my door I'm abit confused to why you allowed me to order but then refused to deliver to my door"
