"URGENT WARNING I placed a booking with this company for flights to Canada this week. The next day they argued with me over the phone that I should pay more. I reluctantly agreed, then they failed to deliver any tickets within the time promised. When I tried to complain they would not answer the phone or return my email messages. At best they are totally incompetent and an utter waste of time. Beware !"

"I booked a flight online with this company on Delta Airlines on November 25 for $137.60. I got an email this evening saying I needed to call them because my booking is on hold. I called and the guy I talked to said that there were no more discounted seats on my flight (Delta) and he could book me another flight with American Airlines for $29 more. I said that I do not want that. I want my money refunded. I booked online with them for Delta airlines for $137.60 and that is the price I want. I told him if they cannot give me that same deal with Delta then I would like my money back. Honestly, I did not want to give this person any more money as it seems like a scam. I did not realize when I booked online that I was not guaranteed this flight. This is very misleading and poor customer service. I did not give them any more money. I hung up and tried to chat with their customer service online. I also sent an email complaint through their website. While on the chat, the person said they would call me. A guy called and said the same thing the first person had said about Delta not having anymore seats, but he could get me on American Airlines, now for only $17 more. I told him I want to cancel and want my money back. He said it will be a $50 cancellation fee. I then told him i want him to pay the $17 difference and book me on American. He said I have to pay it. When I questioned him about why I was able to book this flight and now it is not available he had no answer. The guy I was speaking with even started raising his voice and becoming belligerent. At one point, he even asked, "What? You don't have $17?" The point is I purchased something online and now I am not being given this. This is a total BAIT & SWITCH!"

"Claimed to be American Airlines, took extra money and lied about it, and hung up the phone every single time I called... as soon as i got done describing the problem they just hung up it was absolutely intentional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!"
