If an airline has refunded the money back why the heck will a travel agency take a cut. Never book with them again."

"Absolutely fantastic team working here. If the pandemic is anything to go by, then they have passed with flying colours. I mainly dealt with a lady called Ruxhana, who is very professional yet compassionate and easy to talk to. During this pandemic so many agents closed up and were unreachable. Woking Travel remained reachable by phone and email,  and were very accommodating in the numerous calls I had to make to them plus conference calls I wanted them in with other family members. Not once did I get any negative or "fed up" vibe from them. Very honest on a financial level and straight to the point. A total of 6 family members of mine used this agent,  with no regrets. You may find other agents who are a few £s cheaper than them but you won't find an agent with such calm professional after care as much as these guys.
