"THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. STAY AWAY FROM WOKING TUI AGENTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only were they not able to find my booking. They never followed up after I left their store in Woking being very disappointed that my summer vacation was not going to happen. I proceeded to book myself on British Airways holidays. And when I had the audacity tonally them and ask for my deposit to be refunded for what was their incompetent handling of my vacation they just quoted procedure and that they could categorically would not refund the deposit. I tried to find out how to escalate the matter and after being rudely directed to their website complaint form they hung up on me. The TUI website has the complaint form hidden and you need to actually perform a search to find it. Once you get it you can complain about flight delays, airline food and other things but nowhere can you complain about incompetent staff and issues with their booking. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES."
