"I booked a flight with this company to zambia with a ninety day return flight which was agreed but when I checked the return date it was for 150 days. They Steve refused to accept responsibility and has blocked any communication well done allinson brothers you just lost a customer."

"We bought return flights to Canada and were told to check in day before travel. Couldn't check in because we didn't have electronic Travel Authentications. Rang Allison Bros. to find out what these were. They obviously didn't know but instead of admitting that and allowing us to find out for ourselves they said turn up at airport and everything would be OK. We asked a specific question ' Is there any possibility that we will be refused travel?' and were told categorically 'NO'. We were refused travel and lost £1250. Alison Bros. denied giving us misinformation and refused our request for compensation. If you do deal with them make sure you check for yourself whether you need any documentation because they will only accept responsibility for providing you with tickets."

"There prices are higher than appear on search engines, no service over weekend so if you do book a flight you do have to nervously wait for it to come through on the Monday, mine did thankfully no problems. I emailed ‘scott’ ad representitive to enquiry over baggage rules, his answer slightly contradicted the information on the electronic ticket on a further email trying to clarify he simply didn’t answer and referred me to the airlines homepage. "Surely reviews can go beyond a star, anyhow went on their web site this afternoon, picked my flight paid my money £769 got confirmation .... later the same day I received email from Scott advising me that I have to pay £920 (apparently the tickets for £769 are sold) for the same ticket I confirmed and paid earlier, my order got cancelled, and 5 words email to say I will get a refund (no hi, bye, we are sorry etc etc), I did call .. 20 min on the phone, no answer! If you want to be messed around and experience non-existent customer service then Allison Brothers is your go to place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, support the local tradesman what a joke and mistake I did..."
