"Worst experience ever. Took my sons nintendo switch in for a LCD repair. They put a new screen on “free of charge” as a “goodwill gesture”, however there were deep scratches on the screen. I have the owner on voice recording admitting that he knew the scratches were on the screen when he put it on, but I can’t have an issue with this as it was free! When I asked for a new screen with no scratches he said I had to pay an additional £40. I asked for the old screen to be put back on and he said this would also be £40!! Very nice scam you have set up!! Replace with defective parts for “free” then charge when customers aren’t happy with the defect! He initially refused to give me my device back and was slamming it down on the side. I eventually had to call the police for him to give my property back to me. When I got home my son attempted to play the switch but the controllers won’t connect.. probably to sue with the slamming on desk that was done earlier I suspect!! Absolute con artist, avoid like the plague. Owner very aggressive and intimidating."
"Used Tech Guys 360 for a laptop hard drive rebuild/repair for the first time, after a recommendation from a friend. Can’t fault the professionalism of the staff and the communication throughout the whole process was first class. It was clearly explained to me what the job would entail and what the (very reasonable) cost would be. Job was completed very promptly and the laptop was even physically cleaned prior to handover back to me. Will definitely be using Tech Guys 360 again!"
"Had a screen replacement done by Tech Guys, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly. Price was better than expected, they also fitted the latest in screen protection which is truly amazing….these are the go to guys and I would highly recommend……Well done guys keep up the excellent work."
"This was without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a local company. I brought my iPad in for a battery replacement but after receiving it back there was a screen fault. I ended up bringing it in for a total of 3 times and each time it came back with something else wrong. Towards the end they got very rude and claimed it was my fault that I hadn’t read their terms and conditions. There are still issues with the iPad. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, nor would I trust them with any other device."
