"My oven stopped working on Monday so called Aztec to see if they could send someone out to have a look. Earliest appointment was Friday afternoon of the same week so not a long wait really, nothing I couldn't cope with. Received an email to confirm date and time slot (between 12 and 5). Reminder email received the day before and a text to advise the engineer was 2 miles away. Very pleased with the communication from Aztec. Paul (electrical engineer with 40 years experience) was my engineer and was very professional, clean and tidy. He diagnosed the problem with my oven before he'd even looked at it, it was the element which had also caused my electric to trip. Paul removed the element and showed where it had blown. He had the parts he needed in his van and fitted a new element there and then. All in all he was with me for about 20 mins. Very well priced as well.
