"I cannot comment on the quality of work, however I received extremely disappointing customer service. My dad made an appointment regarding his motorhome whilst he was in hospital; he sadly died however we kept the appointment as the work needed to be done. Nobody turned up and when I messaged I was told that the appointment was for the following month (although the communication with my dad clearly stated otherwise). I was clearly distressed, however my appointment for the following month was abruptly cancelled due to my tone. Overall incredibly poor customer service, would not recommend based on that. Regarding your response - I am merely stating the events that occurred. It is your decision how you conduct yourself and your business; I simply believe that potential customers should be aware of the customer service that they are likely to receive, which I believe you have demonstrated in your response."

"Entirely unprofessional with no customer service skills. When asked why no one attended an appointment he had arranged via text at we received no apologies and an entirely unprofessional excuse of "I must have given you the wrong date". Every call we tried to make to reorganise an appointment as this was an urgent matter was sent straight to voice mail. Took zero accountability for his action and instead chose to blacklist us as customers as he did not appreciate our tone. Can't comment on the work but would not recommend."
