"Well, if you like arrogance and a complete lack of empathy I believe the staff at this establishment will be perfect to treat your most love and adored pet... My relations were turned away from the door after explaining that their slight lateness was due to an unfortunate trip to the hospital. There was no empathy whatsoever. Furthermore, after complaining about this on the phone they were still met with abuse, no apology. I ask you, if this same disregard can be given to customers, do you really think your dog will be in caring hands?"
