"Amazing service given. I rang up the surgery about getting a appointment for my dog to get checked out. Although they were extremely busy they fitted me in within the hours. When I entered the surgery the staff were very welcoming and started chatting to me while I waited. When my dog was seen by the vet she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. You could tell that she cared about treating my dog in the best possible way."

"Vet was good but receptionist was extremely rude. I've never known such rudeness. We had a distressed cat in a box and whilst waiting to pay, she casually carried on a very lengthy telephone call as if we weren't there. She didn't even acknowledge us. I eventually interrupted where she replied "I'm on the phone OK." She then carried on her phone call whilst we tried to comfort our pet. We had to interrupt again to prompt her to end her call. We paid, left and being my choice, I wouldn't go back."
