When my father passed away every single one of the financial institutions I contacted (over 20) was very helpful with the process of providing the information for the Grant of Probate, with the exception of this one, who made the process far more complicated and time consuming than it needed to be. This delayed the Grant of Probate by several months, causing a huge amount of distress to my bereaved mother. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. "My daughter is a customer of Access Bank -Ghana Ltd (Achimota Branch). I transferred some few hundreds of pounds to her through Halifax Bank -Manchester Piccadilly on the 19th of July, 2016. She has still not got the money and the response she gets from asking the bank is," we have not received any money" I have been told by Halifax-Manchester, Access Bank has received the money on behalf of my daughter. My daughter has still not received the money. Several mails to ACCESS BANK -GHANA have been sent but there is no response from them. What's going on?. This case should be investigated. The reputation of Access Bank is being compromised. I received a phone call just about 13.00 today from my daughter that she has not got the money. No response from ACCESS BANK to Halifax . what's going on??"
