"Abysmal treatment of clients. Had two cases of mine, one for over a year and one for over 3 months and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For the first case, the woman handling it left the business and it wasn't handed over until I enquired about the silence. For the second situation, I had no response from them for three months and then the advice that followed was considered to be completely incompetent by another solictior. Inexcusably bad handling of the cases; they clearly are only looking for straight-forward easy work."
