"I first went to Lorna several years ago with some complex chronic pain issues, (caused by a spinal injury) this inevitably had knock on effect to my mental health, with reduced mobility, constant pain, sleep issues etc. Lorna was extremely welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Hypnotherapy is an extremely powerful tool to use along with talking therapy, and plenty of empirically backed data, an clinical trials backing this up.
