"Went back to pick up the 2nd half of penicillin for child which should have taken no more than10 mins and told I'd have to wait in 4hr queue behind everyone waiting for triage. Explained son had already been treated the other day and I'd been told to pop in and pick up 2nd half of meds after a few days. No still told to sit in 4hr triage queue !!!!"

"Very poor experience. Called 25 times today on Monday morning between 0800 - 0930. Finally picked the phone up but have no appointments available and has been asked to go to walk-in centre in Eastham on a Monday morning for baby’s allergic reaction with broken skin that bleeds and is very red and inflamed and has been progressively worsened over a week."

"Just spent over 2 hours waiting to give a blood sample. One receptionist and only one phlebotomist. It opened at 1 o clock and they stopped taking patients half an hour later. Naturally there were a lot of unhappy people. The very simple solution is to have more phlebotomists and flexible opening times. It's not a difficult concept to understand!!"
