As staff wouldn't allow us just to browse we decided to take our custom to another shop. Staff to pushy annoying and I wouldn't like to visit again."

"After purchasing a lovely necklace for my sister's 50th birthday I am dissapointed to say that after only 3 weeks the chain broke near the clasp, my sister took it back to the shop & was stunned to be told by the owner/manager (do you wear it in bed !) Well yes I've not taken it off since my sister bought it me. Owner/manager that's why then .........are you kidding me so you buy a piece of jewellery that you can't wear all the time are you having a laugh....... all I can say is bad customer service & I feel sorry for all the designers that sell there jewellery there as your being let down by the owner/manager........won't be shopping there again"
