"I cannot thank Mark Smith from this company enough. We were stranded at Arrowe Park hospital with my 92yr old dad after he attended an appt today. He is wheelchair bound and has onset dementia. We were told that no taxis, from a number of companies that we contacted would be able to pick us up for over 2hrs. We had understood that the company that dropped us off would be able to pick us up. This sadly was not the case. Mark from Hackney Direct came to our rescue. He came out himself as he did not want to let any clients down. He treated dad with kindness, respect and took great care getting him in and out of the cab. Sending Mark a huge thank you. * I have asked that this company is recommended to any staff members, family, or friends of residents at the care home should they ever require a taxi service."
