"I booked my dog for a groom and this was cancelled 3 times by the owner. Unfortunately this lady asks for bank transfer payment in full in advance. I sent lots of messages asking for a refund and these were just ignored. I’ve been talking to fraud team at bank and unfortunately she’s spend my money and I cannot now get a refund. Just a warning...AVOID at all costs."
